PARK EXERCISE CLASSES

Park Fitness Classes are our largest group sessions catering for up to 20 people per class. It is for those that want to spend an hour working out in a fun and effective way, keeping you energised and on top of your fitness game.
We have monthly fitness testing, phases, goal setting, and nutrition cheat sheets. Clients also benefit from social interaction with other likeminded individuals, as well as social evenings for those that are interested.

TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY

Group PT training will help you share the cost of a personal trainer with friends, family or work colleagues. You’ll all receive the same level of attention, commitment and encouragement from our dedicated personal training program. This Journey is programed over 3 months (90 days). We will keep you focused, teach you new training methods and healthy lifestyle habits. ¬†Furthermore, clients will benefit from having advice and any questions answered throughout your journey with us.

CORPORATE FITNESS

Corporate group fitness sessions use functional exercises and team building games to improve health and comradery within the office. With our knowledge of nutrition and fitness we will bring a new light to your company, inspiring your employees to take initiative in looking after themselves, which will improve the levels of energy and confidence within the workplace.

MOBILE PT - HOME & PARK

We can set you up from your own home on the Yellow Brick Fitness Journey.
We have two options
1: Bring the equipment to you at your house or your local venue of choice and train you, taking the kit away with us at the end of each session
2: We can help you create your very own Yellow Brick Fitness Studio in your garden or your house ranging from kit selection to bespoke garden buildings to create a your very own Studio.
