The most important part of training well is habit. Once you have been shown a safe and effective way to train you must be consistent, the old saying ‘Rome wasn’t built in a day’.

THE CHALLENGE

Set yourself a goal and a deadline, and then stick to it. Push yourself through the temptation of doing the opposite and see how you feel at the end.

For example: Challenge yourself to do 4 Saturday morning training sessions. Stick to it and see how you feel at the end. You’ll be surprised at the sense of achievement, you’ll feel fitter, healthier and have more energy.
